My typical turn around time is 24 to 48 hours. 

 

If you require faster service I do have a "Same Day/While You Wait" service available.  There is a $5 surcharge per racquet and is dependant on my availability at the time of booking.  This must always be arranged ahead of time.

If you supply your own string, I will only guarantee the proper installation of the string.  If the string breaks during stringing, or breaks during play with the racquet I cannot offer any sort of warranty in those circumstances, as I have no control of where the string came from, the quality of it, etc..  All supply your own string jobs must be paid in full prior to stringing.

I reserve the right to not accept some racquets, due to the quality of the frame or any other reason.  If you choose to restring a racquet where I have pointed out defects to you, you do so at your own risk.

Pick-Up Policy

Unfortunately due to a high rate of no-shows for appointments, I now have to implement a penalty for not giving me at least 3 hours notice of a cancelled pick-up time.  Failure to notify me will result in the following surcharges, per racquet:       

 

First time:  $5 surcharge

Second time:  $10 surcharge

Third time:  $20 surcharge

All surcharges must be paid in advance via eTransfer prior to picking up.
